Anti-racism, Racial Awareness, and Intersectionality through Sensitivity and Equity (ARISE) Committee’s- “Map to Racial Responsibility”

The ARISE Map to Racial Responsibility will always be a working document as ARISE adds additional resources helpful to organizations in dismantling white supremacy by addressing the disparities it produced and produces. ARISE seeks to help assess the degree of an organization’s engagement in identifying policies and workplace cultures which result in racial injustices, inequities, and disparities. ARISE hopes to see the widespread adoption of anti-racist attitudes, values, beliefs, policies, and practices not only within the organization internally, but in the community in which the organization serves.
